Do you ship worldwide? No, we exclusively offer shipping across North America at this time to ensure a tailored experience and reliable delivery for the Canadian and U.S. markets.
Where are the products shipped from? To ensure global availability of our curated footwear, orders are dispatched from our international distribution centers.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes? No. All orders to North America are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Egle Boutique handles all customs clearance and import duties. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay; you will not receive any unexpected bills from couriers or customs.
Can I modify or cancel my order? To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations should be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, modifications may not be possible as the order may already be in processing.
When will my order be processed? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping typically occurs on the business day following order processing.
How long does delivery take? Estimated transit time is 5–10 business days. Total estimated delivery time (handling + transit) is typically 6–13 business days.
